BRIEF
The Packed Products division had a major CAPEX project to move some branded lines from paper based packaging to plastic. This required new packing equipment and the development of a plastic pack that would;
- De-aerate quickly
- Be “weatherproof”
- Enhance the MULTICEM brand
- Improve the pack choice in the market place
SOLUTIONS
With a proven technique and pack that de-aerates without allowing moisture into the pack we were able to offer a suitable film for easy-sealing through dusty residues and give print protection from the rigours of handling.
CONCLUSIONS
With our packaging knowledge and expertise throughout the RKW Group, we fulfilled their needs and gave Hanson a new packaging type to add to their existing markets. This allowed them further brand awareness and enhanced the reputation of the MULTICEM range.
