The palletless FIBC (bulk bag) is a new design for simple and effective transportation of any free flowing product in semi-bulk form. Palletless is a real asset if you are having to use heat treated or fumigated pallets to export your products globally. The reduction in packaging waste is also a big factor and a benefit in environmental terms too.

By using the palletless bag in the same manner as you would in a wooden or plastic pallet system, you can increase the amount of product shipped, reduce your logistics cost as well as freeing up additional warehouse space. This also does away with the time consuming and sometime frustrating planning process that ensured you had enough pallets in the chain.

The design and simplicity of use is really the asset of this palletless solution. No special equipment is required to handle it. Every standard fork-lift will be able to manoeuvre these FIBCs. Even stacked pallet-less FIBCs are easily picked up and transported. No stability is lost.

Pallet-less will allow you to pack more of your product in the same container/truck. An average pallet takes 0,18m3 of wasted space, which could now be taken up by your product. Typically the volume increase in a 20ft container can reach 3,6m3! Your logistics cost is drastically reduced so giving you a better profit.

Available in all models of FIBC, including Conductive (Type C, D or D+), UN Dangerous Goods, Form stable COMPACK, Food Grade (BRC/IOP or AIB / HACCP approved), and being a completely plastic pack is welcomed by the pharmaceutical, food and technical chemical sectors. That said the design advantages can be utilized in all market sectors including commodity chemicals and agrochemicals, mineral and metals.

With legislation on packaging waste becoming more rigorous and costlier, this solution gives you the opportunity to eradicate a large % of your pallets, as a result reducing the packaging waste that is released into the market and again helping you to improve your profits The bottom system of the FIBC, made using impact resistant and high-slip plastic, ensures a damage proof handling method. In addition, all materials used are polypropylene, so there are no issues on recycling either.
