To develop their packing range to;

  • Enhance the Instarmac brand
  • Reduce their overall packaging costs through innovation

SOLUTION

Using high quality co-ex films and production techniques we ran successful trials that significantly reduced packaging weight; 12% less for their 25Kg PE sacks whilst offering a superior print result for increased brand awareness.

CONCLUSION

Through innovation in packaging and knowledge of materials we fulfilled their brief successfully with minimum disruption to their operational processes and will continue to develop the “ULTRA” packaging range with new products.
