RKW and Hyplast are joining forces

After approval by the German Anti-Trust Commission, the RKW Group has bought Belgian company, Hyplast NV. And, the company will operate under the name RKW Hyplast NV. The acquisition will have a very positive strategic impact on RKW's Agricultural Films and Nets business and will create a lot of synergies between both RKW Hyplast will be a part of RKW Agri GmbH & Co. KG which is a 100 % subsidiary of the RKW Group and in which RKW has concentrated its agricultural business. Included in the purchase is the recycling company KPR as well as an office in Chester, South Carolina / USA which takes care of the marketing and sales of products for the North American market.

This acquisition creates a leading contender in the European plastic agricultural packaging business. We look forward to a highly successful future says Paul Leenders, CEO of Hyplast.
